The Face to Wall squat is also a perfect way to ensure you are doing your squats correctly, so many people do not actually squat correctly and wonder why they are not seeing results. Give it a try, even the most experienced gym goers can struggle at this one!
Position yourself facing a wall with your toes and your nose touching the wall. Put your arms above your head at a 45 degree position, keeping them straight. Then here goes the hard bit.
Lower yourself, keeping your back straight and get to the point where you feel like if you went any further and you would fall. Hold this, and pull yourself back up.
Practice makes perfect, if you master this you will really see your own technique improve rapidly throughout your personal training in Richmond.
